Cancellation Policy

At Selam Driving School, We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a $60 cancellation fee will apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. For any subsequent cancellations or no-shows, the full payment for the service will be required, and no refunds will be issued, as this prevents other clients from taking the available spot. By booking your appointment, you agree to adhere to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.
